It’s a watch not any more but a Bluetooth remote controller
I don’t know why , and I’m very anxious

你好啊，如果可以的话就把上传时avrdude的内容发一下，还有你有没有试过上传时按住[Reset]按键？把编译器的输出详细内容打开，当出现Linking Everything Together的时候就开始按住reset，当出现
PORTS {COM?, } / {} => {}
…
的时候就松开，这样表就进入bootloader了，你的PC就能连接上并且传程序了。
