JavaScript error when starting up watchX Blocks on Windows

Hi, I downloaded watchX Blocks from watchX. But when I click the setup.exe, it pops up error as the picture shows. Then it stuck at the loading.

I also checked the directory and directly opened the app watchX Blocks.exe and the error persists.

May I ask how to resolve this?
